What Is Coaching?
Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client for the
purpose of producing extraordinary and fulfilling results for
the client. Generally, a client hires a coach when he or
she has a goal or objective to be achieved, be it personal or
professional. Coaching uses a dialogue process to move clients
forward to the accomplishment their desired
outcomes. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their
knowledge, improve their performance and enhance the quality
of their lives.

Some parents have coaches - because they want to be the best parents they can be.
Coaches work with individuals or teams to help them achieve goals or desired outcomes. Some examples of situations where coaching has been helpful are:
Choosing the right coach can be a key factor in moving you toward the achievement of your goals. All PCA coaches are committed to upholding high standards of ethics and business practices, but their areas of specialty and their coaching styles vary widely.
