Networking about Social
Networking

In the tradition of our informal
July meetings, we will invite our participants to share their
experience with social networking formats like Blogging,
Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and more. All in attendance are
invited to bring their laptops for actual hands-on work using
the free WiFi available in the beautiful setting of the
Highland Country Club.
Objectives and Outcomes
Share ideas and expertise between PCA members and guests related to social networking
Informal time to share coaching specialties and business building practices
Provide practice and mentoring between members and guests
Meeting Format
First Hour
Welcome and announcements
Introductions: Your business specialties and your experience with social networking
Draw a panel from the audience to share their social networking ideas in more depth and how it has helped to build business
Questions to be addressed by panel:
How did you get started with social networking?
What kind of response have you had to your efforts?
What have been the benefits to your business?
How can a user of social networking make the best impact?
What additional tips can you give on how to best use social networking?
What are some cautionary pointers for users to keep in mind?
How do you manage social networking on a day-to-day basis?
Second Hour
Participants will pair off or work in small groups with panelists. Panelists will decide what to focus on. Groups will shift every 10-15 minutes.
Wrap up: Each participant will list on charts one or more tips they found valuable from the meeting. Charts will be titled by the topics presented by panelists.
